On Sunday the 5th of April 2009, tours of the Treatment Centre were arranged for invited groups of people who had an association with the hospital. Naturally, members of The Community Voice were invited and about 20 members attended. The manager of Mount Vernon Hospital, Karen Blackbond, gave me a special tour, after the other groups had finished , so we could have a seamless and uncluttered access to all areas. I hope you find the resulting video worthwhile and enlightening.

Two excellent videos, I like the building history with dated slides and the background music. The tour of the theatres and other areas unseen to the general public was exceptional. Congratulations. It is amazing the speed of building, even if it did not open as predicted it is a great success story. If I need treatment, this is where I shall opt for.
