 As a patient, relative or carer you may at times need to turn to someone for on-the-spot help, advice and support.  This is where the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) can help you.

PALS are a patient friendly, easy to access, confidential service that is available from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Monday to Friday.

PALS aim to offer speedy resolution of problems, provide information about local health services and support groups and answer your questions relevant to the hospital and the service it provides.
