Karen Blackbond has been the General Manager of Mount Vernon Hospital since April 2007. She is the Operations Manager of the Mount Vernon Division of the hospital. There are various operational divisions in the Hospital. Karen has be deeply involved in all stages of the construction of The Treatment Centre and at the opening ceremony, was given special praise by the Chairman Tony Valentine.
