We meet in the Post Graduate Centre at Mount Vernon Hospital, opposite the main entrance to the original hospital building, at 7.45pm (doors open at 7.30pm) on the first Thursday of every month except possibly January and August, when we do not always meet. Our meetings end at about 9.45pm.
Visitors are always welcome as guests, but In order to enjoy free parking it is essential that a parking permit is displayed on the car's dashboard. A tear-off parking permit is placed at the end of each month's agenda, with a security code that changes each month. All members and current visitors receive agendas as part of our routine mailings, but if other visitors wish to have a parking permit they should contact Joan Davis by email:
, or telephone 01895 636095.
To avoid being clamped, park only in clearly marked parking bays. Disabled blue badges can be used as usual.
