Our broad purpose ... We monitor NHS services in NW London and SW Herts, work for improvements in local NHS services, and campaign when necessary. We provide a platform for members to hear NHS speakers, engage in debate and agree policy. Members are kept up to date by monthly meetings and monthly mailings. Our priorities are ... 1. First rate NHS services in Harrow, Hillingdon and SW Herts. 2. World class heart services at Harefield Hospital and world class cancer services at Mount Vernon. 3. Development and rebuilding of Hillingdon Hospital, Northwick Park and Watford General hospitals. 4. Purpose built accommodation for the Northwood & Pinner Unit patients at Mount Vernon Hospital. 5. Sensitive use of the Northwood and Pinner Community Hospital site, to benefit local people. 6. Rebuilding of Northwood Health Centre and Yiewsley Health Centre.
